The characters in this category are neither particularly excellent nor particularly bad. In other words, even if they aren’t as powerful on their own as S tier characters, they have the potential to be just as effective with the correct tools. The troops in this tier, however, typically excel when partnered with other units with which they have excellent synergy. The A tier characters are not far behind the S tier units in terms of excellence in their respective categories.
